1. Assist the sales manager in maintaining existing customers and preserving long-term cooperation;
2. Develop corporate clients, promote logistics and transportation services, and establish and maintain client profiles;
3. Pay timely attention to cargo information and handle any abnormalities with the cargo;
4. Handle system and business analysis work, and follow up on customer payments at the end of the month;
5. Understand customer needs through communication and tap into their potential;
6. Actively cooperate with and implement the regulations issued by the company.
