Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the CNC lathe and milling machine, ensuring the normal operation of the equipment (Syntec system);
2. Obey arrangements, arrange production tasks according to the production plan, and ensure production progress;
3. Timely feedback of identified issues, tracking of resolution, and summarization
Job skill requirements
1. Requires at least 5 years of experience in CNC lathe and milling machine adjustment, with the ability to independently program, troubleshoot and solve problems during machine adjustment, and proficiency in using computer programming software such as Mastercam, UG, and ES
2. Proficient in the Syntec Frank system, 12-station turret turning and milling machine
3. Able to sharpen knives and use general measuring and inspection tools
