Job responsibilities:
1. Develop CNC programs based on design drawings, processes, and technical requirements, and solve technical problems encountered during the machining process;
2. Develop programming for samples and design tooling fixtures;
3. Optimize the design of CNC machined products and be familiar with conventional design software;
4. Capable of independently programming and operating machines to complete the processing of various workpieces;
5. Guide CNC operators to complete the processing of various workpieces.
6. Optimize processes and enhance efficiency.
7. Quality anomaly analysis.
Job requirements:
1. Technical secondary school degree or above, majoring in CNC technology and application or mold making;
2. Parts with a tolerance requirement of less than 0.03mm after machining;
3. Understand the processing parameter characteristics of commonly used aluminum alloys, non-ferrous metals, and stainless steel, and be familiar with the step length, feed rate, and other parameter configurations that should be used for different materials, as well as tool configurations;
4. Have experience in designing tooling fixtures and be proficient in using tooling fixtures for process decomposition;
5. Proficient in using commonly used tool path programming software;
